The AgentRail launch-partner form asks for your name, business, email, network side, and—when you represent a service business—the number of locations.

The form validates these fields in the browser and again on the server, then immediately forwards valid submissions through the Polsia email proxy to theagentrail@polsia.app. AgentRail does not persist a launch-partner application record in its application database. A submission is shown as successful only after the delivery helper accepts it; failed delivery is shown as an error so you can try again.
